Former Commissioner for Women Affairs in the old Sokoto State, and former Commissioner for Education in Kebbi State, Hajiya Rabiat Haliru holds a B.A.Degree in Education. With working experience as Principal, of Federal Government Girls College Gwandu, and Deputy General Manager National Health Insurance Scheme (NHIS), she provides inputs in the Educational and health programmes of the Foundation.
