JAMB Computer Training at Alkali Hussaini Foundation

In an exciting and impactful initiative, the Birnin Kebbi Education and Employment Support Initiative (BKEDEPIN) is offering a training program designed to empower Nigerian students in preparation for the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) exams. The computer training, which takes place at the Alkali Hussaini Foundation‘s center, aims to help students master the use of computers for the exams while reinforcing the essential topics that could feature in the upcoming tests.

The JAMB exams are a crucial milestone for Nigerian students, as they serve as the gateway to gaining admission into tertiary institutions across the country. However, the digital age has introduced a new dimension to the exam process, with the use of computers becoming an integral part of the test. Many students are still unfamiliar with computer-based exams, and this gap in digital literacy can hinder their performance.

Participants will also have the opportunity to explore critical subjects that are often featured in the JAMB exams. These subjects include Mathematics, English Language, and other core areas related to the students’ chosen fields of study. By focusing on these key topics, the program ensures that students are well-prepared both technically and academically, helping them to approach the JAMB exams with confidence.

One of the highlights of this program is its emphasis on practical learning. Students will not only be taught the theoretical aspects of their subjects but also engage in interactive sessions where they can apply their knowledge using computers. This approach not only helps students grasp concepts more effectively but also familiarizes them with the computer-based testing environment, ensuring that they are comfortable with the format when exam day arrives.

The Computer JAMB training at the Alkali Hussaini Foundation is more than just a preparatory course it’s an opportunity for students to build essential computer skills and set themselves up for success in their academic journey later in the University.
